I operated my business out of FCEC for the last 7 years and have nothing but good things to say. The management and reception have been flexible and easy to deal with. My clients were always greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The building was rennovated just before I move in and it is modern and esthetically pleasing. The kitchen/eating area is welcoming and I really enjoyed getting to know the other tennants in the office. My only reason for leaving is that my business outgrew the two offices we had. I like the building so much, I only just moved accross the hall. I highly recommend this space if you are looking for an affordable, functional, and professional space! More...

Use FCEC for my small business. Staff here is friendly and very accommodating. The new facility looks really nice. Prices are very fair compare to the other guys that have someone down in the states harassing you about facilities in Calgary. I am very happy to have chosen FCEC and even though I now live on the opposite side of the city, I still do my business out of here. More...
