Jennifer is the first personal trainer to date (I have always managed my own body maintenance and training programs). The purpose of the training was/is to extend my squash playing days as I have been diagnosed and am coming to terms with knee osteoarthristis.
The results are steady progress in balance control, body core and leg strengthening, in order to better support my knees. Jennifer has incorporated a consistent variety of gym tools/devices/methods and done her homework on squash drills to make this happen.
We are doing this remotely and Jennifer gets my highest rating for success.
