And til this day my best friend and I say that was the best vacation we have gone on yet. He is definitely a good reason for that, he not only performed great his hospitality was amazing. He always greeted us and made sure everything and everyone was pleased on the trip.
He would join in and host some games with the director and made sure everyone in the crowd young and old was having the time of their lives! If you want to have fun and have some great tunes Jools is the best person for it! Would definitely take another cruise to see him as a director and Dj! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed and get to go home with a new friend, because my friends and I definitely gained one after meeting Juliano!

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The secret is reading the crowd! Understanding that everyone is human and although people would generally LIKE to dance all night long, you need to balance the music and energy levels so you're not playing high energy songs when it's time for the crowd to take a rest! Promoting drinks at the bar on the microphone and encouraging dancing and song requests is a must! I feel like this aspect of DJing is being lost slowly and slowly!
How would you describe your ‘style’?
My style is energy, approachable, and diversification. Because I have worked in over 30 countries and over 500 destinations worldwide, I understand people. I am like a molding jelly. My style changes based on what the crowd is, obviously I wouldn't be super enthusiastic during a cocktail/dinner hour when I am playing Jazz music, but my style is intended to be a strong presence behind the deck, knowledge and in-tune with what I'm doing at all times.
What do you love most about your job?
Not only do I get to listen to the music I grew up with on a daily basis, I am STILL learning about new music, artists, and genres. For example, before I worked for Princess Cruise Lines on a 5 month contract in England, I had no idea what Northern Soul was. I would call myself a guru in this genre now and it's an old genre evolving from 'missed' motown songs. I absolutely love Motown so it is without question I now love Northern Soul. There are too many things I love about my job, however I guess the main aspect about what I love to do, all in all, is seeing people smile, having a good time, genuinely enjoying my music and what a feeling it is that I can bring people together with the power of music. Seeing elderly couples that have been married for 60-70 years slow dancing on an empty dance floor (at times) is one of the sweetest things I have ever seen and the fact that I can bring that together with my mixes, is truly amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My experience with working with over 75 different nationalities and how much time I have spent mixing in front of audiences of all capacities from 20 people, to thousands of people. From the nightclub, to the beach, to the children's discos, to weddings, to massive New Years parties in the middle of the ocean, I have developed a passion for people and music and it is time to share that on my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand in this day and age it is very very challenging to find a good DJ, especially now with how technology is going and how a lot of self proclaimed DJs are calling themselves one without ever having to work even a small 20 person restaurant event. Time and time again I have been to restaurants, clubs, bars, and even weddings where I am not impressed with the DJ performance, I guess I am a bit of a perfectionist. There is more to DJing than just hitting play on the next song. It's being personable, approachable, passionate, involved with your equipment and vibe. Not only that, I have worked with some of the most prestigious DJs all across the world from Belize, to South Africa, to Jamaica, to Japan, I still have relationships and mentors to this day with such DJs and although I am confident in my ability, I am still learning every day! I am also not a one-type DJ, I don't just specialize in one type of event or one genre. Truly my specialization is everything because I have worked over 4000 hours in every type of event possible. My travel experience spans over 30 countries playing and working with over 70 nationalities proving that I indeed do have a mix for everybody, as challenging as that is, I have no issue starting a party from thin air to every age, culture and demographic of person
