I've been on the phone over an hour trying to reschedule an apt. I was told i would have to pay a late fee, when the reminder was not sent til sunday and i have court the same day. I asked to talk to a manger, I was then hung up on and had to call back and wait again. Now I'm just getting tossed around from person to person.i was told i couldn't be transfered to management. Updated review:Casey is still fantastic but the front desk staff here is rude. What a ridiculous policy if you have an appt on a Tuesday and call first thing Monday morning to reschedule (I literally NEVER cancel or reschedule) they cut you off and tell you that you have to pay a fee since it wasn’t 48 hrs notice. I asked how I could have called on Sunday or Saturday and she said “we don’t count weekends” so if I’m sick or have an emergency and call first thing it’s still not something they will work with. If it wasn’t for Casey I wouldn’t come to this practice anymore. Ridiculous policy treating people like robots and not actual humans.Casey is the best. I’d follow him to any practice in SC.
