I recently had the pleasure of working with Hoda on a two-phase project that included various tasks such as painting, drywall, flooring installation, and additional custom work. From start to finish, the quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

In Phase 1, Hoda skillfully handled painting, drywall, cabinetry, and additional work with precision and professionalism. The results were great, with clean finishes and exceptional care taken to meet my vision. He also managed unexpected additional tasks efficiently, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard.

A couple of months ago I decided to paint my condo so I went online and looked for quotations. I have must received a dozen of proposals with different prices and technical specifications, but the only one that was close enough to what I envisioned since the beginning came from Hoda. After a couple of phone calls, Hoda showed up, inspected the place, made no requests of any sorts, upgraded the quality of paint we had put in his proposal (for no extra cost) and started working on my project. He finished half a day before expected without compromising quality.

Fast, clean, and professional, would hire again

We requested quote for painting 3 rooms in basement suite (office, kitchen, living room) in 700sq ft space). We asked for specific silver screen paint for 3 spaces. Without error Hoda provided visit, estimate of required time to complete project, date & time to start & finish the work. In conversation he clearly explained the requirements of the job, provided a confident & knowledgeable explanation for the required work. We were confident he was able to follow through on the task at hand
He was friendly & cordial, was prepared for the job ( bringing necessary tools, brushes, rollers, paint skins, tray, bucket, containers, even his change of clothes, footwear & his lunch). An impressive example of being job ready.
His care & attention was evident in completing the task. Office shelving areas, junctions btwn walls, ceilings & baseboards showed clean lines (no colouring outside the lines!!! Haha). Once completed the work Hoda expediently cleaned up the workspace, assembled his equipment, then changed into his street clothes. Incorrect measuring of vinyl floor installation caused me further expense, hiring a second installer to correctly complete your company installers work . This was not initially discovered, and only became ap parent when the second installer pointed it out to me. The additional cost was for much larger base boards to close gap between walls and vinyl. Dear customer You were responsible for preparing the material. Your material was not enough and the installer informed you during the installation that 6 pieces were needed, and at your suggestion, our installer took you to the store with his own vehicle to get the material without charging any additional fees, and there he also bought the desired material. They didn't have it, more than an hour of time was lost. The reason why you had to hire a second installer was that you didn't want to charge our installer for the next day. It is logical that if there is a problem with our installation work, before entrusting it to another person, let us know so that we can fix the problem without charging a fee, and since we do not know about the qualification of the second installer, we cannot answer about his comments but the problem you raised could be solved easily and without any cost, It was enough that the second installer had only done professional work for one day. So he easily knew what to do!!! We are always responsive to our customers and the reason for all of our customers' satisfaction is our quick response and responsibility. Hoda did an amazing job replacing floors in my apartment, removing a fireplace, and painting walls. He gave me all information about what to expect, associated costs, and carefully planned work around our move in schedule.
