They are the worst!!!! they took my money and did absolutely nothing. i have email them non stop to sent me a report of what has been done and they sent me a "we will get back to you soon".
they delayed sending me update for 3 month and then sent me an online company search that anyone could do.
i ask them to sent my money back or deduct the a percentage and return the rest to me but they completely ignore me!

I asked Wolf Group to locate my daughter as she hasn't been in contact with family or friends for several months. I gave them her birth date, her last employer, her last local address, her birthdate and her place of birth. After I paid them they indicated they would have a report within a few weeks, which they did. It said absolutely nothing! When I asked them for a report regarding what they had done as I was thinking about contacting the police and wanted to forward that information, again nothing!! I pressed the matter and they suggested that perhaps she was an unregistered individual, that was why they couldn't find a trace. Really???!!! I indicated she was born in BC, she attended elementary school, high school and two local universities. She had a valid driver's license, a SIN with which she filed taxes and worked locally as a city employee up until October of 2024. And they can't find her??!! I would say "DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY". I have not heard from them since I pressed the point but I am taking their communication to the RCMP while they look for my daughter. Perhaps this company will respond with more information to them as they offered me absolutely NOTHING! More...

You should know that no private investigation company can guarantee positive results (regardless of the budget). We charge the client not for the guaranteed results but for the professional work to achieve the best possible results. The client must understand that a so-called “negative” result is still valid. If your daughter does not have a lease or utility bill in her name, the information is simply impossible to obtain and this is beyond our influence &/or control.
