We understand that every client is unique with their own set of challenges, goals, and specific lifestyles. We work closely with each client to identify the deeper reasons behind their goals (The WHY), understand the specific challenges, and then coach and guide them along a path that feels aligned and achievable for them.

We focus on regular check-ins, habit tracking, and homework when necessary. Because we understand the power of accountability.

1. Become as clear and specific as possible on what that looks like.

2. Go through all of the reasons why you want it.

3. Identify your biggest challenges and obstacles.

4. Create a new identity of your future self and think about how that person behaves, shows up, exercises, etc..

5. Focus on micro daily habits.

6. Have a trainer or coach to help you.

Seeing clients not just achieve their goals, but surpass what they thought was even possible.

I've always had a deep passion for health and fitness. Starting my own business felt like a natural thing for me to do by sharing my passion to help other people.

Many of my clients have worked with me for over 5-6 years. I believe it's because I have a great ability to listen, understand, and help each client in a unique way that meets the client where they're at.

Personal training is mostly in-person. However, I can offer online coaching if it's a perfect match.

Life coaching is offered online and offline.

We have followed all of the government's recommendations. Also, Intra Fitness runs the business out of a facility that is run by a separate company. They have been required to ensure the facilities and procedures are in alignment with all of the government's requirements.
