We love waking up every day knowing we are making a difference in the lives of others, We can not talk enough about compassion and giving back to our communities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We decided to open up our own business Sonia and I both have lost loved ones to Cancer, Dementia, and we feel that we have our hearts in the right place and really understand what families are going through.
We believe that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. By providing high quality, safe, professional, compassionate care to our clients is our priority.

We can provide a consultation online, however individuals that requires services on a daily basis must have a caregiver going into their homes to provide services.

Home Care Services
Personal Care: Grooming, bathing, toileting, dressing assistance, oral care, transfers etc.
Well balanced meals: Preparation which Includes making a nutritionist meal as per your loved one’s preference including serving.
Transportation: Medical Appointments, running errands, outdoor activities, grocery shopping, taking your loved one to the bank etc.
Housekeeping: Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, dishes, laundry including change of bed linen, taking out the garbage etc.
Medication Assistance: Medication reminders and administration via blister pack, eye drops, enemas, topical ointments, catheter care etc.
Companionship: Here at INCASA, we offer our in-home Reminisce Stimulation Therapy (Memory Care) that assists all of our client’s with Cognitive Stimulation and increased motor skills.
We offer our caregivers Quarterly Inservice’s to enhance their skills and knowledge within their scope of practice. All of our caregivers are bonded, Insured and covered by WCB. We pre-screen each and every one of our employees prior to hiring. Our requirements from all employees at INCASA are;

Valid Vehicle registration and Insurance
