What’s your interior design process?
Personality is EVERYTHING. What you want to say either about your HOME or your BUSINESS is everything.
(How it begins:)
This means of course, first up is an open and honest conversation about your project and your dreams for it. It's totally okay if you are not sure of what you want at this stage - this is where we can help suggest conceptual ideas, colors, materials, narrow down some basics and figure out your budget and what you want to fill and feel the space with.
(How it continues:)
Once we have the basic deliverables we can start to refine - this is the chapter that Clients loves the (second) most - where we narrow down more of what you love, less of what you don't and deliver a space that is perfect for the next chapter of your lives. It's where the visions truly start to come alive and you really start to get excited!
(Where is goes:)
Next up is the nitty gritty. After we have the designs down pat, House of NIMART complete the more technical stuff (the stuff you never want to do - drawings, specifications, shopping lists, permit applications, sign offs, etc.) the list goes on - depending on your choice of full scale project management or partial services.
If you chose partial (self-setting) services this is where we finalize your floorplan and shopping lists and send it your way so you can have a bit of the fun bringing it all together.
If you chose full service this is where we finalize the drawings, permit applications and any other (important but slightly boring) tasks - this stage is very important to get your story to the next chapter.

Ah yes, the Trades (or Tradies as we say in Oz!) You'll (hopefully) start to see a lot of movement here - decisions will be made on Trades and contractors - this is the Team that will help bring the vision to life. Craftsmanship and value go hand in hand here. We work closely with the on site Team at this point to ensure the drawings, designs and implementation follow suit.
Clients are on the edge of their seat at the excitement of this stage.

Which interior design styles can you cater for?
It most importantly depends on your taste and what you want to say and feel (and we love a challenge) but we have a soft spot for unique modern, minimalist or transitional spaces!
What do you love most about your job?
Setting the scene for the next chapter in someone's life - spatial design is completely transformative and magic!
We see our Clients pain points and we see their dreams and goals so when we are able to create a space for our clients that effortlessly flows into their lives... well its magical, and it just completely transform them into who they want to be and how they want to feel.
We even felt it ourselves!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Creating magical spaces for a new chapter in life is our love language! We have been designing spaces together since the day we moved in together - and House of NIMART was the natural evolution and a huge part of what we bond and connect over - our space.
Why should our clients choose you?
There is something you have wanted to feel for a very long time, you just haven't been able to put it into words (or your space!). We help you see through that and maybe in a way you never even thought of - it allows your vision, your dreams and your future to become a reality.

Both! Whilst we would love to meet you in person (it really is a special thing to fill and feel a space with someone) - magic also exists in an online approach and allows us to connect with people from Australia, US and the other side of Canada.
We are also lovers of travel, across the country and across the world (Amberley is Aussie after all) so a cheeky site visit to fill the soul is always on the welcome books.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Clientele have the freedom to let us know what they are comfortable with - if they wish us to wear masks and sanitize we are happy to do so; or if they wish us to deliver completely online - no worries! If they have no preference and want to see a smile we have plenty to give.
We do ask our Clients that if they are sick at the time of an in person meeting to please wear a mask and sanitize, join us online or reschedule so we can continue to do our best work feeling 100% - and we will do the same!
Full Service Interior Design
Our Full Service Interior Design involves larger projects of both residential and commercial and include in-person consultations and meetings, necessary permit applications, project management, site visits, materials and furniture procurement, and hands-on installation to perfect the final touches.
Virtual Interior Design
Virtual Interior Design can be offered completely online and provides a more flexible, partial service for one space at a time where we curate custom designs for you and provide a floorplan, visuals and Shopping List that you can purchase and accomplish in your own time and with your own budget.
This is great for Clients who aren't yet ready to take on a larger scaled project or who have a smaller budget but still yearn for that gorgeous, refined aesthetic.
Architectural Design
Architectural Design is perfect for those looking to refresh either their current Architecture or their new Architectural plans.
Its perfect for those who feel they 'haven't just yet reached that level of perfection' in their project or those who are needing some inspired designs.
We also work with a registered Architect to carry out full plan submissions, drawings and permits if your focus is on getting the perfect exterior.
3D Rendering and Animation
Our 3D Studio offers photo-realistic Interior and Exterior 3D Visuals that implement all materials, floorplans and specifications for a home or business. It is perfect for wanting to see what a space will look like without a single thing needing to be built on site.
It is available to anyone who wants to visualize their space better or to perfect the design and is a perfect match for Developers, Builders and Realtors with homes that are not yet built.
3D Floorplans
Exactly as the name suggests, Floorplans are brought to life with furniture, materials and the perfect details to feel as if you are looking into a Dolls house.
Its great for understanding what the space has to offer better and is a perfect visual aid for Realtors and developers when selling homes or businesses.
Floor plan Sanitization
Floorplan Sanitizing involves removing all unnecessary data from Architectural Plans to create a clean, crisp and helpful visual aid when selling homes.
It can be a simple basic floorplan or a more detailed and stylized floorplan.
Perfect for Builders, Developers and Realtors.
