After seeing Holly in action at our friend's wedding, we decided to hire her for day of wedding co-ordination and my god Holly is the best. Holly put out so many wedding day fires. I'd ask her about something, and she would tell me it was done hours ago. This woman is seriously on it. From delivering cash to our vendors on the day of, driving and delivering the boutonnieres to the guys getting ready location, coordinating the first look, keeping everyone on schedule, and so much more, Holly has got you. She provided us with much needed advice leading up to the wedding and was always available for questions. She kept copies of all our contracts. She kept our venue accountable. 2 hours before the first look, I noticed the sleeves were missing on my dress - the dress shop had lost them. Holly called the shop and, thanks to her advocacy, they sent an employee with the sleeves from their sample dress and delivered it to the hotel. She literally saved the day because the sleeves were the main reason I loved the dress. Hire this woman. It's worth the money. Holly was the wedding coordinator for my son’s wedding this weekend. She was perfect. She put in so much time, attended two walk-throughs in advance of the big day, brought with her a kit full of remedies and solutions for any situation. She was cheerful, unobtrusive, almost invisible, but knowing she was there put us all at ease; feeling fully confident that we could handle any unforeseen issues that might arise. I truly don't have enough words to describe how incredible Holly is! Hiring her was hands down the best wedding decision we made. We hired Holly as our day of coordinator but she did so much more than just that. Holly is an absolute rockstar! Our wedding had a lot of moving pieces, and she executed the whole day flawlessly. We hired her for day-of coordination, but even leading up to the wedding she was so incredibly helpful. She organized a rehearsal for us and attended a venue walkthrough. On the day of, she was there to fix the little things that went wrong (like sewing a loose button back onto my husband’s jacket), and was prepared with snacks and other essential items we might need. At the end of the night, she completed the whole tear down and brought all of our things up to the hotel room (and packed them!). We constantly had guests coming up to us throughout the evening telling us how great she was, and we couldn’t have been happier with her services. Okay! So First of all Holly is awesome! She is a rockstar! She made our wedding day perfect!💛 She went over and beyond with us! We booked her as a day-of-wedding coordinator. And I thought it just meant that she will handle how things go on the wedding day. Let me tell you, She was present from the get go. I never thought that I would be so present on my wedding day, I am the controlling type where I have to be in control of it all and I was able to trust her fully, She has a calming effect and has a fun energetic presence! I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She is amazing and has a beautiful rapport with the vendors and was basically leading and guiding, making sure everything is going to plan! She was able to switch and adapt to any hiccups or changes that happened before and during the wedding. Here are some of the examples of what she did for us: She was asking us a few months of advance for the contract and any vendors information we have. We had a video call a few weeks before the wedding to discuss everything again, I even told her about possible family dynamic issues that I would need help with and she had a plan to deal with it and be there for us. We didn’t have a bridal party so she met with us the day before the wedding to just to give us quick tips and suggestions for the ceremony (which is not required from her). And when we had an issue with the DJ possibly not being there, I already accepted that we would have to just play music from Spotify. My husband contacted her the day before the wedding and she got us a DJ within the hour! She and my husband dealt with it without involving me because I was so stressed! (again something extra from her) She was at the venue before everyone, doubled checked with everyone and even handled the centrepieces! My friend made the centrepieces and was going to set it up but Holly suggested that she picks them and sets them up and she even took the decorations back with her! When she heard me saying that I will rent a uhaul to pick the decorations after the wedding she refused and said that she will drop them off for us!! (once again she wasn't required to do any of this at all!) When my bustle broke, she came with a thread a needle and fixed it right there at the spot! She wasn’t even near me, suddenly she is behind me stitching it up so it doesn’t break again! She spoke with the MC ahead of time and was there guiding him and cueing him on what to do. The party was dying down sooner than I thought and she handled the bus issue with a simple call to the driver! TLDR: Holly is awesome, if you want to enjoy your wedding day and be present and not worry about anything book Holly! Understatement is not possible to describe how incredible Holly is at her job. She singlehandedly took on our wedding needs and mishaps day-of. At our consultation, Holly told us "something always goes wrong on a wedding, and it is my job to make sure you never know about it." On our wedding, my veil snapped, the groom's button popped off his coat, we hadn't brought all the items to the venue, etc. Holly sprang into action, tackling quickly and creatively any snag on the fly. She is an extremely-prepared, miracle-working problem solver. My husband and I were both able to fully enjoy the wedding itself and will cherish our memories. Holly was the glue that held our wedding together. She helped us manage the whole setup and takedown of our event, an unexpectedly quick flip between ceremony and reception and was so encouraging and understanding throughout the whole process. She had solutions for every hiccup that came up; she had umbrellas for when it rained, supplies to hang our sign and made sure everyone got a late night snack. Holly was the day-of coordinator for our wedding and the real MVP. If I could give her a sixth star I would. For brides or couples who might feel overwhelmed with the planning process, she was confident and directive, but not too directive - only offering suggestions during the planning where they were welcomed. She offered recommended vendors (we went with the DJ she recommended and they were wonderful), she was super on the ball with the plan, contacting all of our vendors the week before, and a hype woman during our rehearsal dinner. The day of the wedding there were a few small and one big hiccup and we had no idea until the next couple of days when we were ready to deal with it. Any time there was a situation we needed to be involved with, like a delay in the ceremony, she was calm and cool and offered a solution. Otherwise she maneuvered the agenda, vendors and speakers seamlessly. We also gave her a decor plan with freedom to change anything she’d like and she made tweaks here and there that the space so much more lovely. We could not have asked for more from Holly. We engaged her services about half way through our planning and discovered a whole host of things we had not considered. Holly was exceptionally good at solving any problems that arose both before and during the celebration and made an excellent impression on everybody. She coordinated everything perfectly and with her help the wedding went off without a hitch.
