We had a great experience with Green Peaks Roofing. Chris came by to inspect our home after we noticed a leak near one of the walls. He did a thorough assessment and quickly determined that the issue wasn’t with the roof or ceiling. Instead of pushing for costly repairs, he gave us honest advice and suggested a few simple fixes we could handle ourselves. Green Peaks Roofing is the way to go for all your roofing needs — but only if you want great customer care, high quality craftsmanship, or if you're looking for a company that actually has reliable roofers that won't leave you for days on end wondering when the job will get completed. The bonus? Hire them if you want a business that *actually* cares about your family's safety, including your dogs! We talked to Becky over the phone and she walked us through the process & ensured we would have someone come by with years of experience in the trade. Chris was highly educated, informed about new technologies that would make the work more efficient & our roof last as long as they guarantee it to, and explained the cleanup process (we walk barefoot & have 2 dogs, so roofing nails in the yard after the project is done is not ideal, and they said nothing would be left in the yard). He also told us about the work they do with the SPCA to support shelter animals (while our very own roof is taken care of, they take care of a dog without one 🥹). Where do I begin with our experience with Green Peak Roofing. It all started when I fell off of a ladder last year and my sisters Mary and Eileen banned me from ladders. We desperately needed our gutters cleaned and protected for peace of mind, so we called Leaf Filter first and they sent Chris who actually owns Green Peak Roofing. We were totally oblivious of this, when we asked him to check out our roof while he was up there as we were having issues. While doing the install of the Leaf Filter, he took the time to check our roof. He even took pictures. To our surprise the roof was in bad shape. We decided to book an appointment for an estimate with him, what did we have to lose. We needed a roof. He was fantastic with us. There was no pressure to have the work done or to go with him. We’ve never had so much fun spending money. That is how nice and caring he is. He explained everything in detail to us. We are women and know nothing about roofing. But we did after he was finished. Our appointment to get the roof done was the end of June per our request. due to more leaks developing, Chris moved up the appointment to sooner rather than later. What a God sent that was. His very friendly and funny team arrived on time the day of installation. They got to work right away and they worked very hard to get it done by the end of the day. They were successful and got the job done. They even cleaned up before they left. No mess left behind. We would highly recommended this Company to anyone looking for a new roof. Chris came by and helped us out with some guttering that missed the leafguard when installed a year ago on our poolhouse, and although he wasnt responible for the original job he assured us that this would be addressed in a timely manner. In todays saturated market place there are many options both on the high end and the low ball offers that home owners can choose to execute their home comfort objectives. What separated Green Peaks was that dealing with Chris was not only not forced sales pitch but and informative and enjoyable experience at the table and it felt like having a friend or a neighbour over for coffee.
