Grass Guys provide us with written quote based on our address and google map. It took them 4 days to send us the quote. When we reply that we can go ahead with the service Grass Guys advise that they do not have enough clients in Souffville and they can not provide us with the services that they already sent us quote for. We just lost time with this company. Very disappointed More...

Hello sorry for the delayed quote, it was the weekend for 2 of the days and we responded on the 4th, so if it was requested on a Monday we would have gotten it to you by the Tuesday, the next business day. As far as the reasoning, the issue isn't lack of houses, it's that we've reached our max capacity in your area and taking on your property for this summer would be a disservice to you and our other clients. We hope to help you out in future years, and we apologize for the waste of time this year. Enjoy your summer, we hope you find someone great for this summer.

Obviously how great of a job our friendly team does is important to our clients but its the headache free and hands off experience that seperates us from the rest.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired from a young age to own and business and provide a great workplace for our amazing team members and help out many many people while being able to lead a team to success in all the different things success means in a business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Nothing. Our clients do not come in contact with us. Quote are virtual and homeowners are not present during performance of our services.
