It has been great time for me working out with Gerry (both in-person
and virtually). I had never done a proper worked out before and remembered coming in with my occasional backache and weak wrists.
He’s always been patient and thoughtful of communicating what I need and what set of exercises would help to build my overall strength and stability. He’s very encouraging but also know when to push you. From not being able to do any push up at all, I can do ten eccentric now.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
As a Personal Trainer, not only am I there to provide you with personalized workouts and nutrition, I am your cheerleader, supporter and therapist all rolled into one. That is essential throughout your journey.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
First and foremost is mindset and nutrition. It is the will to change; be in the right frame of mind and turning that into a lifestyle and life choice. Sustainability and management are the keys to reaching and maintaining your goals. Also have fun doing it!
What do you love most about your job?
Changing peoples lives. I'm passionate about making a difference in walking that journey with you. It selfishly brings me joy in seeing someone gain confidence in themselves and watching their transformation mentally and physically.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to provide a more authentic experience for my clients at an affordable price. I worked at big box fitness centers and the one thing that prevented clients to signing up is cost. It just derails a person's mindset when they see or hear how much it costs. I feel their emotions and not being able to help them because of cost is heartbreaking.
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring 20yrs of experience in coaching various sports and have learned from exceptional professionals along the way. But aside from experience it's adapting to clients personality. It's not just a professional relationship, it should be fun, comfortable and enjoyable.

Yes a provide virtual live sessions through many platforms such as Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I adhere to all current Covid-19 protocols. I wear a mask at all times. I wash my hands before and after each session. All equipment used is wiped down with disinfectant before and after the session. My clients have the option of wearing a mask during their session. I have them wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. If I or my clients are feeling symptoms of illness, the session is scheduled to a later date.
