How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their goals by first going through a assessment. I check mobility of the ankles, hips, and shoulders. Then I get them to perform a few exercises as well as core strength movements. From there I get a good understanding of their body functions to personalize a program just for them.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Finding the right discipline into your daily schedule. That is key. To live a happy life it takes time to reach your goals and have them maintained.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others attain goals that they never thought were possible. Improving past injuries, become better in their sport, and making everyday life easier through proper movement in exercise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My personal fitness journey and the knowledge I have gathered to share with others, so they too can reach their goals.
