Let me start by saying I do not even know this company or owner. I asked around and a good friend of mine gave me klodjan number.
Sadly he couldn’t come because he was too busy but he still managed to help me out. He made sure the local quote I received was fair and informed me of what shingles not to use.
I can’t tell you how genuine this man is. I’ve never met him and never shook his hand but I trust him. He’s an honest man and I only hope the best for klodjan and his company.

If you’re reading this review, you’ve likely already checked out the extremely comprehensive website, full of resources and FAQs. The quote Klodjan provides is highly informative, well organized showing exactly which products are used. This is important when shopping around (e.g., roof vents plastic or metal). Klodjan didn’t try to upsell me at all, even when I asked about replacing the existing flashing, he said the team will make repairs if they come across anything, and they did. I have a typical 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 2700 square foot home and the job took 2 full 9 hour days for a crew of 5-6 workers, and they didn’t leave the roof bare overnight, they simply stripped half of it the first day and the other half the second day. The team at The Gold roofing were fantastic. Our house and detached garage were in serious need of new shingles and a couple of repairs to the wood underneath.
The quote was fair, not overpriced, not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional. I was quite happy with how the guys cleaned up too, which is important because we have dogs and didn't want them stepping on any nails when they get their 'zoomies'.
