Deep Cleaning Services
Mavis does a great job with her helper Veronica, however her communication is pathetic and have reached out at least 4x with no reply!
On the day of my first clean with her, she emailed me just before she was due to start work and asked me if I still wanted her to clean! Both her and her helper left their coats and I collected them and would love to have her collect them, but will give away to charity bin. Contacted several times and she has ghosted me. Will not use her again unfortunately, I cannot work with someone who is not dependable or has poor communication. It’s too bad, as she is a good cleaner, but lacks basic skills of business conduct.
