What do you love most about your job?
Two things. I love helping people, whether it's in their home or business and solving their problems. I like that we keep the bar high for contractors and our customers know they can trust us.
I also love being a great employer. Giving people a foundation to build thier life on. We have many young people start their careers with us. It gives them a sense of hope and confidence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personally, I started my business out of a need at the time. I was required to care for my new born daughter and found my self in a situation where my family needed me home more but also to provided. I left my job and started contracting - this allowed me to have more of a flexible schedule while still providing. I found that I loved business and enjoyed helping my customers. GEM grew from there and is now a trused company in southern Ontario.
Why should our clients choose you?
We do things differently. We anwser the phone, our technicians are kind and we have systems in place to ensure that our customer is taken care of. We are responsive, we communicate well and we have integrity.

We can't do electrical work remotely but we can offer virtual site walkthroughs for the estimating process.
