Tammy, Amanda and the rest of the staff treat myself and other tenants like family. The ladies go above and beyond for us each day. I moved into Mayfair 4 years ago. From day 1 Tammy made me feel welcome and appreciated as she stayed in the office past closing for me to arrive after work for my suite viewing. I was able to move in a week early. The overall experience has cemented my decision to never move from here. Mayfair Place was built with real 1960's concrete making it a safe place to live. I really appreciate the staff at the rental office here. Everyone, including the janitorial staff, are kind, approachable and focused on keeping things comfortable for their tenants. More, this building is a truly bustling little community, spanning multiple generations of occupants with a wide variety of needs. Despite the challenges raised by this situation, the staff work constantly to address things that come up, and they maintain the entire building in a way that’s reflected most compellingly by the people who live here. Everyone is generally very happy, patient when there are issues, and are openly grateful for the support and attention the staff in the rental office provide. From multiple conversations I’ve had in the elevators over the past 4 months, I can confidently say that the energy in the building is stewarded very effectively by just a couple people on the main floor. Love living in this apartment. The ladies in the office goes above and beyond for us. My favorite place to stop in is the office where Tammy is just a legend at helping and solving any questions or issues I'm having in the record time. My experience at Mayfair Place has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to unprofessional management and exorbitant rent increases that occurred monthly without clear justification. Appliances were replaced with cheap, inadequate alternatives, and necessary repairs like painting were left unfinished or done shoddily with "duct tape" fixes. This disregard for proper maintenance, coupled with the constant rent hikes and a lack of understanding of landlord-tenant regulations, has made living here a very difficult and frustrating experience. Not really an affordable place to live in the S.W, units are small and out of date, some of the office ladies are inconsiderate and rude, minus Tammy. Trying to get maintenance to fix any repairs was a headache since the ones that did plumbing repairs half assed it most of the time so it would remain broken. The pool is nice but too many repairs and kids throwing confetti into the pool. The coal sunna is nice and comfortable, the small gym room is hard to move around in, the shared outdoor area is nice atleast. Forget booking the elevator for move in/out cause it's always over booked with someone else. The biggest issue of them all is the huge problem with cockroachs in this building and all throughout the units, I've never seen one until I lived in this apartment. Even down by the pool area I seen them running along the hallways. They don't do fumigation, only traps which is useless most of the time. I wouldn't recommend this a good place to live. More...

I attended to Freedom and Hope Counselling & Therapeutic Services following a traumatic injury that shook me to the core as it changed my ability to earn a living in my 34 year occupation. It was like going 100 mph down a freeway and stopping on a dime. I never anticipated that my entire life would be disrupted so quickly, dramatically and forever change going forward.

To say the least, the stress caused from the traumatic event affected every area of my life creating significant anxiety patterns that had their root in “trust” issues.

Mr. Daniel Klassen’s counseling was specific to my issues, where he gently guided me digging out the underlying root causes from my inner parts and my dissociated self. This allowed me to process and restore balance to the distortions I was living with. It was refreshing to learn about my inner self and be so skillfully directed to discover the things that were holding me back from moving forward and living in inner peace and freedom.

His counseling approach was very professional and skillfully implemented to achieve amazing results.

Counseling is not an easy thing to work through. It is vitally important that you can find someone that you can trust and can be completely honest with. I've been to so many psychiatrists and psychologists and was stuck in the same spiraling issues with no real change. I didn't have any hope when I went to see Daniel. I thought it would be the same garbage as everyone else I'd seen. But I was wrong. Daniel saw me. He saw me as a man, not a sick patient. He came alongside me, so I could climb out of my mess and heal my traumas. Instead of band-aiding the problem or trying to do all the rescuing, he let me feel the consequences of my actions so l could do the changing myself. The tools he's given me have been changing my life. The challenges he's asked of me haven't been easy but I really appreciate that he has allowed me the space to heal and grow.
