Q&As

Helping customers understand the mortgage market and find their best mortgage is our greatest reward.

After 30 years in the mortgage market I did not see anyone trying to fix the problems with the old, traditional way of getting a mortgage. The entrenched players are self-interested and not focused on customers. We established Frank Mortgage to change that and create a mortgage market that was open and transparent, fair and customer focused.

We truly place the customer's needs first. If a deal is not good for them we tell them. We have non-commissioned mortgage agents that help each customer individually without any sales pressure. Our system and agents will present all the available options to the customer so they can see the market and choose what is best for them. Our advice is free and we have access to the best mortgage lenders in Canada.

We are an online business at www.frankmortgage.com. A customer can apply online and then complete the process by uploading documents to our secure online portal. Our agents are in the background helping along the way but Frank Mortgage is a complete online experience.

All of your dealings with customers are remote. A mortgage with Frank Mortgage can be completed online and interaction with our agents is either online or on the phone.
