What’s your signature dish?
Chicken Parmigiana - lightly breaded chicken cutlets, signature tomato marinara sauce, melted parmesan and mozzarella cheese
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
During our first discovery meeting/conversation, we ask the client what they envision in terms of type of cuisine e.g. Western, Asian, Mediterranean: type of service e.g. plated, buffet, passed appetizers; and what budget per person they have in mind.
What do you love most about your job?
The entire process of talking to clients, learning in detail about the event or occasion they require our services for then the enjoyable challenge of creating a menu that fits the client's requirements and preferences perfectly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My business partner and I worked in the restaurant industry for over 35 years. We love food and we love hospitality. 17 years ago, we had an opportunity to launch our Filistix food truck and we haven't looked back since.
