If I could give a zero I would.

This was my first experience with cleaners. And it will be my last.

I had asked to have the apartment I was moving into cleaned. I asked for a deep clean. I was told they used degreasers that they also use in restaurants to clean floors and heavy duty products for the rest.

As a single mom I had a budget they told me that my max budget is what they charged for the cleaning.
Which was fine.
She gave me a quick appointment for the next day since I was moving in two days later.

The day of the cleaning a lady showed up with basic supplies a wet swiffer mop and a broom…… which I found odd but thought maybe she had more appliances in her car.

After 5 hours of cleaning……. I was called to say she was finished and to go and see if everything was ok and that I was satisfied. I went to inspect the apartment quick quick as I had other places to be and things to do before my move. I told her everything seemed fine except that the bath had not been cleaned for some reason and that she had forgotten to clean the inside of a kitchen cabinet. She told me she would remove 25$ from the original price.

I accepted and sent the payment.

Later that night I noticed a stuck piece of dirt on my kitchen floor and went to clean it and to my horror after wiping the floor with a Scott towel my floor came out black. I have pictures to prove it.

I spent the rest of my night re cleaning everything because she did such a poor job. On top of having to spend more of my money to hire a babysitter for my kids.

I wrote an email to the lady I had contacted asking if I could get my money back or at least a portion of it.

She offered to come back and clean my apartment again with supervision. I told her since I had done the work myself that I didn’t want her service.
Just my money back. I never got a reply.

So please if I can do you a service, do not for the love of god hire these people.

I was recently flooded and tried to go it alone only to realise how much of a job it would be. I was quickly called and told They could accomodate next day cleaning that took 10 hours.

The service provided was absolutly amazing, the staff was freindly, efficiant and I was provided with tips to help when you have pets in products to use daily. I will in fact use them going for forward for spring cleaning. Very high recomendation! More...
