What do you love most about your job?
Trust, integrity, and confidentiality in the space of a coaching relationship contribute to clients being able to freely explore what might be holding them back, generate creative options for themselves, and then co-create an action plan that moves them forward towards their goals. I love that moment when clients feel inspired, courageous, capable and able to create the future they desire!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Practicality inspired me (I had two little kids at home at the time, and somewhat naively thought self-employment would leave me more available for them)! I also wanted to offer learnings from my HR generalist experience to a variety of employers on a consultative basis - to continue to learn and grow myself. I added career / transition and leadership coaching as I recognized the power of a coach-approach in inspiring people to be(come) their best selves at work and in their whole lives.

I provide a tender balance of support and challenge that allows clients to explore ideas and alternatives, design their future and path forward, and take courageous action to make that plan a reality. If clients feel stuck, uninspired, are learning to lead, or want to lead differently - I can help!

Clients are perfectly safe - we can work remotely online or by phone.

I am drawn to coach leaders, emerging leaders, founders and creative entrepreneurs who are embarking on their next step in career, business, entrepreneurship (and life)!
I am especially useful working with individual contributors who are or want to be new managers, leaders who are challenged by “people issues”, leaders who yearn for what’s next in their careers, and anyone who is on a learning journey to show up fully in their lives and be(come) their best selves.
