I hired Elite Contracting Ltd. in March 2025 for a bathroom renovation. In February 2026, a leak was discovered dripping into the unit below. Inspection of the shower drain revealed a physical gap in the pipe connection. On the first visit on March 4, 2026, the plumber applied a heavy and thick layer of sealant into my drain to try to stop the leak, but water leak still continued. On the 2nd Plumber visit, the plumber cut open the ceiling and removed the shower drain entirely, leaving an open hole between my shower and the neighbor's bathroom below. On March 17, 2026, Ranbir and I reached a verbal agreement: I paid a total of $600 in cash to his plumber to cover specific plumbing repairs (to resolve a secondary pipe issue and the shower drain repair) and the full cosmetic restoration of the downstairs ceiling. On Mar 22, the plumber came to fix the drain and pipe. I paid $600 in cash to the plumber. While the plumbing leak was stopped, the ceiling restoration remains unfinished. Workers failed to show up for a scheduled appointment on April 18, 2026, delaying progress. Drywall was eventually hung on the ceiling on April 25 and patched on May 21, but the promised popcorn ceiling texture remains incomplete. The workers failed to show up again for scheduled completion dates on May 24 and May 25, 2026. Multiple follow-up text messages regarding the remaining work have gone unanswered by Ranbir. This ongoing delay has been incredibly stressful, leaving me to handle pressure from the downstairs unit and the Strata alone while the ceiling remains incomplete. To all customers reading this review , she reported leak , one year after renovation completed , red seal plumber sent me report saying that leak location is different where we never worked , i sent the quote of 3450$ for repairs , she said shes broke and can give 600$ only , she said it will be nothing for you as you guys do multi million business , i said i will help you out now all repairs are done except paint cuz we are in victoria and now she left the review lol . Right now shes in trouble because she needs to pay 7500$ for my time spent as we filed court case .

This firm can do basement conversions and this was a key selling point for me as they were specialists, had experience and had references (which I took up). I'm glad I went to this firm as the stress with a basement conversion is high anyway as you have nervous neighbours who are worried about the risk to their property, understandably! Having a firm that knew what they were doing, were reasonably priced and that had done many similar such conversions, gave me one less, big thing to worry about. After meeting multiple contractors for our full kitchen remodel, we were confident that Ranbir was the one we wanted to work with, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Cheapest chain link fence online. Quick delivery. Chain link fabric good quality and came securely rolled up with plastic on ends for ease of use.
