What do you love most about your job?
Helping people and guiding them towards a stress free lifestyle by teaching a positive mindset. I teach people long term fixes for stress by challenging their core beliefs and I love guiding people towards a better future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When COVID 19 hit and my workplace shut down, I began reaching out to friends and family online and I began to discover how this pandemic has hurt so many people. I knew I couldn't waste my gift of helping others so I started my own business so I could help others full time.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a very caring, friendly, person who has helped people through their own stress and traumas for 20 years. I am very easy to talk to and I never judge. I always guide people towards the right decisions and healthier lifestyles. I too have had my own traumas and have dedicated my life to learning about personal habits, how the mind works under stress and how to overcome personal trials. It has become my desire to pass my tips onto others.
I have also been practicing the art of meditation and relaxation techniques for several years. These techniques that I offer during my sessions teach people to focus and relax during panic attacks that are caused by stress and inner core beliefs. The techniques that I teach are designed to help people focus on the present moment.
