My sister Nicole phoned me in a panic saying that her basement was flooded and the sump pump was not working. I reached out to over 7 plumbing companies with no response. My next call was Drain Cam George was very helpful and sent me a text with Jordan’s cell phone number. Jordan texted me with an eta. Jordan arrived at 121 am and promptly replaced the sump pump. Had Drain Cam out to Mount Elgin to flush a tile system that had been contaminated with grey water and that had been diverted from the septic tank and poorly installed in a separate tile system that failed. Rather than excavating the entire house they managed to clean the tile system and get it to start flowing properly. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. A very professional and honest company. They used their contact with the city to get them to fix the sewer pipe that we have been having issues with for 15+ years.
