Unfortunately not a great review, everything else for our wedding was amazing however the service during our wedding was not! The caterer was over an hour half late! Our guests were suppose to arrive to charcuterie & Wine, however the board was not set up, and was almost an hour after the event started. The dinner was rushed, the bartender was not at the bar as she was helping the caterer prepare food!!! Very frustrating, as I was told there was an incident that caused the lateness, however then I was told they were at another event! To start Congratulations on your nuptials. Lorna and Paul, as we discussed on your special day. I had planned to come earlier to set up the Charcuterie table. But had an ancident were I got physically hurt and therefore was delayed. I did arrive 30 minutes before the start time, put up the charcuterie table with severe difficulties. I had mentioned to you, I had a bad fall and had hurt my back. I apologized several times for me being a little slow. The bartender helped me carry boxes and was only 3 feet away from the bar helping me lift and remove boxes. She felt bad As for the dinner, it was put out at 6pm, as requested. The assumption I was at another event makes no sense. I did advise you, that I had another event that day when you booked us, HOWEVER it was a wedding in Olds Alberta that my second team looked after and it started at 6pm. So, no we were not at another event. Again I did and still apologize for taking a little longer to set up the charcuterie table. I did hurt my back, but rather then rush the table , I wanted it to be beautiful. I thank you for telling us the food was delicious, and the charcuterie table was beautiful. We wish you the Best
