Consistency, You cannot work out for a month see good results and then abruptly stop. It’s a hard road to go down but discipline and consistency are the most important

I love being able to change peoples lives and able to get them to their goals. I feel that this job Is very important and everyone should have the chance to feel confident in their bodies.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working with corporate organizations it angered me That they only looked at the price tag of everything and not on the clients needs. So I decided to start my own business so I can help people Achieve Their goals and not have to worry about finances.
