We provide a great solution to messy Lawns. We have heard of customers re-sodding 2 or 3 times with no success. It’s not easy to have a nice lawn. Especially with Pets, young children or a busy lifestyle.

Artificial Grass
Removal of 2-3” of existing grass and weeds. Installation of Terrafix Fabric Cloth. Our Base is typically an HPB (High Performance Bedding) which allows for exceptional drainage. We Install the Turf with the necessary Seams (Seam Tape and Glue) and cut the turf to size. The perimeter is Spiked down with 10” Non galvanized landscape spikes.
Lastly, we spread 1.5-2.5 lbs per sq. Ft of Infill. This is an important part of the installation - especially for pet owners. OptiFILL + is an antimicrobial coated sand that prevents the growth of Mold and Mildew. It is infused with Microban which helps neutralize the could scent from Pet Odour. The infill also acts as a base for the grass (a ballast) to allow the blades to stay standing up and prevent being matted down with heavy foot traffic.
We offer a 12 year warranty on our grasses and include a Free 1 year Installation Service warranty on our workmanship.
