I tried to book as a walk in and it was just a very chaotic and frustrating experience. I called prior to going to the spa and was told yes to everything to ultimately be told that they didn’t have enough time for the service that I had already asked and was booked in for.

My review is late but i had a superior spa day at LVX beauty. I started with the prestigious 24k Gold mud wrap, experienced the unique new vichy-type showers and hungaria mud all over, was kept always attended to but also left for decent nice relaxation periods. This treatment includes massage whereas many usually do not. Absolutely a hidden gem of a place. I then followed up with the lovely chinese herbal foot soak and that was also very lovely and well-needed. My relaxation and well-being were boosted along with friendly and professional aestethique and customer service. I would use this service again for my future facial! Groupon discounts! More...

Beautiful glamourous medical spa right on Dunlop st. I went there for a 30 min chinese herbal foot soak and massage since it was at discounted rate. It was very very relaxing, 20 min soaked and 10 min of gentle massage by the nice masseuse. It does feel a bit unfinished somehow. Perhaps drying my feet fully would make it feel more finished. I had such a relaxing treatment that I was able to sleep well for the first night in over a week. I chose the Body Cocoon Golden Mud Wrap since I wanted a full spa experience. The people there are warm and welcoming. The space is beautifully open and airy, making me feel as though the weight of the world was lifting, even before I started my treatment. I attended an event hosted by LVXBeauty and it was incredible!! The atmosphere in the spa is so relaxing and welcoming. The staff are amazing, so friendly and professional. Needed an emergency cleaning service done, after moving into an apartment that was left in a terrible state. I was able to get a cleaner sent who I must say did an astounding job. Seeing the mess that was left by the vacating party and what we met after the cleaner was done was such a relief. LVX beauty is my new favourite spa experience! As soon as I walked in the welcoming embrace is felt along a luxurious modern decor and smell. This spa is the definition of clean!!! I booked the hamman spa experience and the service was fantastic I was scrubbed and rubbed and it melted all my tension I was struggling with for the longest time. I also booked the herbal foot soak and it just made me realize even more how important it is to take care of your feet mine were much more soft afterwards and it melted my headache instantly. I enjoyed being pampered and the staff always asked if I needed anything or any adjustments they are just so in tune with their customers. LVXBEAUTY is what every feminine modern woman needs in her life. Looking for some rest and relaxation before the holiday season, I took a road trip from Sudbury to Barrie for a few days of self-care. I heard Barrie offers many spa options, but while Googling locations, LVXBEAUTY had the full package experience I was looking for. I booked three services over two consecutive days. On day one, I was greeted by the lovely Natoya. I enjoyed tea, in their beautifully decorated main room (it's gorgeous) before we headed upstairs for my Hammam Spa Experience. The next day I returned for a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage followed by a Chinese Herbal Foot Soak. Both days ended in the lounge space with a treat of fresh fruit and still/sparkling water or tea. The entire space is very neat and clean, has that spa smell and the ambiance is perfect. Natoya was very attentive and provided me with medical/scientific background to the techniques she was incorporating, which helped me understand the benefits I would receive post-treatment. Overall the treatments were everything and more than I needed to rid my body and mind of the stresses that 2024 came with. My skin is so smooth, I'm less puffy/bloated, and neck tension is reduced tremendously. I will be telling all the Sudbury girlies about LVXBEAUTY, and that the 3.5-hour road trip is worth every minute. I too will be back! Thanks, Natoya. This medical spa is nothing short of amazing. It’s beyond beautiful — from the welcoming smiles from front desk, to the smell, fresh flowers, and service rooms. They even have a flower wall worthy of social media photos. I’ve had a couple services done here from facials, lash extensions, Vichy shower treatment and fillers. Prior to them opening, I always went to Toronto to get my treatment done. Now, I’ll only go to LVXBeauty as it literally has everything I need.
