The good service started right from the intial phone call with Nicole when our furnace stopped working - she got someone out to our house the same day, quickly (Thanks Nick for making the time to help us so quickly and diagnosing our issue). Our Salesmen Charles, was extremely knowledgable and explained everything so well it just gave us the most comfort putting our home in their companies hands. I had them inspect a very old furnace, was pleasantly surprised that rather than suggesting it be replaced they advised it was in great working condition, and even did a cursory inspection on a gas fireplace which identified a potential problem outside of their normal scope of work. I could not be more pleased with this company. When they heard I had no heat, they came right away and began diagnosing the issue. It was complex because the mother board was shot. They charged me only one hour to diagnose and one hour to put in the new part plus the cost of parts despite the fact they spent more time doing the work.
