The team cleaned at our Airbnb and did an incredible job, we were very happy with them.
I then hired them for my home and the job was not complete for an all comprehensive cleaning (sticky spots on floor, no furniture or area rugs were moved or cleaned under, dust bunnies, microwave and stove not cleaned etc…) they agreed to come back and re do it and we booked a new date however they did not show up and they did not reach out to communicate about why the no show/ to rebook, very unfortunate as we initially liked their service and speedy response rate when booking.
