I do not recommend this company for website design. I cancelled the request within 1 day, and they kept the $1,200. When I cancelled, they sent me a quick link of what my website would have looked like, and it was basic. That was the feeling I got from my brief interaction with them. You engaged Chrome Digital and paid an initial deposit to initiate website design and development. As per our standard process, our team began work immediately and produced an initial draft/template for your review within the first day. After this work had commenced, you informed us that you needed to cancel the project. During a follow-up phone call with our CEO, you explained that you felt pressured to proceed with another developer due to an existing referral relationship. While we respect your decision to work with another provider, the project had already been actioned based on your commitment and the agreed scope. For this reason, the initial deposit — which covered work already completed — was non-refundable. That said, we made every effort to be fair and accommodating by cancelling the remainder of the project and not requiring the final payment, as the full website build was not completed. We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with your new developer and wish you continued success. Chrome Digital remains committed to transparency, professionalism, and delivering value from the moment a project begins.

Our records show that we worked with you approximately ten months ago to develop your company’s website and logo. Throughout that process, our team — including both Luke and Tzire — maintained consistent communication, provided regular updates, and ensured all deliverables were completed as agreed upon. Upon completion, all project files and assets were handed over to you in full satisfaction of our contractual obligations. We can also see that both the website & logo are live and in use. Unfortunately, after the project was finalized and the work was delivered, a chargeback was initiated on your payment — effectively reversing the transaction for services that had already been rendered in good faith. This action resulted in a financial dispute, which was subsequently handled through the proper channels, including a referral to collections. It appears that this review may be a response to that situation rather than an objective reflection of the quality or professionalism of our services. Additionally, we have reason to believe that this review is part of a coordinated effort involving a competing marketing company, “Potens Digital,” which has recently been associated with several similar reviews targeting our business. I used Chrome Digital for my website design and e-commerce set up. Luke was my first point of contact. Very friendly and he explained everything quite thoroughly for me, and answered my millions of questions ! There were no surprises regarding the deliverables and the pricing. I found the pricing to be competitive and reasonable . This is a very professionally ran company with a team of various experts, offering excellent advice and helping your vision come to fruition !!

Luke assigned my project to one of his team members (shout out to Tzire!!) who did excellent work! He was able to get a solid, thoughtful, well put together draft of the site for me to review in a timely manner. All feedback and updates were completed on schedule!

Throughout the process, they were very communicative, and provided regular updates on the progress, including text updates, email updates and scheduling virtual meetings to review content and answer any questions that I may have . I was never left in the dark or wondering where things were at. They were also able to pivot and accommodate a last-minute requirement to set up e-commerce for my site which was additional scope from the original proposal.

Once the work is done they don’t leave you empty-handed either! They provide a walk-through of doing basic maintenance on the site how everything functions and some quick reference guides so that you can do minor updates yourself .

I highly recommend Chrome Digital! Excellent service exactly what I was expecting from day one to launch day!
