We found Jesan through online research when we were desperately looking for a caterer a month and a half before the wedding date and had issues with the other caterer. And thank goodness, Jesan’s cooking is top notch, in our culture food is so important and every single guest kept completing the food and telling us how incredible it was. He managed to cook for over 250 people at the Windsor and left all the guests beyond satisfied. Jesan is also incredible to work with, so easy going, completely in control and clearly loves what he does and wants to work with you. We had Chez Mylo cater our wedding, and honestly, it was the best decision we made. From the very first meeting and tasting, we knew right away that we had to have them for our big day. We met Jesan, the owner, almost a year before the wedding, and we were so excited to get to taste their food again. Jesan was professional, accommodating, friendly, easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. He made the whole process seamless and exciting. On our wedding day, the food was incredible. Everything was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and creative. Our guests kept coming up to us saying how amazing everything was (a few even said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding!). Jesan went above and beyond, ensuring we had the right amount of rentals, and even helping with our midnight table setup that involved other vendors. He made sure everything ran smoothly, worked so well with everyone, and really paid attention to every detail. We hired Chez Mylo for our outdoor afternoon high tea event at Marché Central, and they were amazing! The food was delicious and well presented based on our request, and the high quality service from the staff was remarkable.
They were super accommodating as it was an outdoor event, and the weather is super unpredictable especially in the middle of the property where the wind tunnels can get crazy.
All in all, Chez Mylo made our event that much more successful! We even had some of our guests ask if this was from a restaurant, or if they had a storefront they could go visit.
Thank you, Jesan and his team for being part of our event, we hope to work with you again for our events in the future!
