I hired Daniel and his team to cater for an international conference held in Montreal this summer in July. It was a conference of 220 participants for a week.
Daniel was given specific instructions for how we want our meals and all the dietary restrictions that several participants had. He was highly attentive to all the details the organizing committee gave him and his food was exceptional. Daniel catered all the lunches for the conference as well as the welcome reception. His dishes had a lot of variety, and each day was a different style. For instance we had Mexican food on one day and then Lebanese food on another. The conference participants overall really enjoyed the meals that were provided. We also appreciated the effort he put in to ensuring all dietary restrictions were met (eg. some had gluten and nut allergies as well as having several vegans). When we asked him to put signs for all the dishes served in the buffet, he made sure the ingredients were listed along with ensuring that the attendees could choose what to have given their preferences.
Overall my experience with Daniel was a great one and I recommend him and his team for any catering event.

We had the pleasure of hiring Chef Daniel for a bachelorette party, and he absolutely nailed it! The taco bar setup was perfect for our group of seven – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
From the delicious selection of proteins and toppings to the homemade sauces, everything tasted incredible. You could really tell the ingredients were high quality and made with care.
What made the experience even better was Chef Daniel’s friendly and professional presence. He took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy the evening. It was such a fun, interactive, and delicious way to spend time together. Highly recommend for any event – we’re already thinking about when we can book him again!

I would give 10 stars but limited to 5 available. It was my first time meeting and having Chef Daniel cater for my husband’s celebration of his 50th birthday.
From our first communication to the final outcome of our party, he was extremely accommodating, went out of his way to create a menu for our gourmet pub theme party, including guests with celiac, gluten free restrictions. I was concerned that gourmet might be small portions, but Chef Daniel exceeded expectations.
The quality of the food was incredible, the presentation beautiful, but the service… well, over and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. Our 25 guests were in awe of the food and the service. His eagerness to please and to assist me with tasks not even part of our contract so that I could get ready and enjoy our guests was just incredible. We will definitely be using his services again, and all our guests took home his business card and there weren’t enough to pass around. Having found him through Bark was an absolute blessing. Thank you Chef! You made our event spectacular.

Danial catered our yearly kickoff meeting for about 70 people. The food tasted fresh - not your typical aluminum pan caterer. Excellent presentation, especially with charcuterie; I almost felt bad digging into the dishes. If you have a chance get the cured salmon, it puts any sashimi to shame. What an awesome experience we had! I had a birthday party where the usual event was for us (we're about 15 friends) to do a big BBQ with meat, more meat and more meat.
This time, I went on a limb and tried something completely new. Let's cater it and see how it goes. Many of the invitees were reticent about the change and expectations were high - to say the least.
Daniel and Raed did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, I keep getting notes from all saying how good it was, and how glad I went out of our comfort zone to try something new.
From the initial time Daniel contacted me, to the pre-visit to see the location, to the on-site organization and service, all top notch.
The food delicious, perfect amount, excellent quality, and great variety - the tastes were out of this world. Will do this again for sure! You won't regret it. I'll try to see if the site lets me post some pictures.
