We cater events of all sizes. We setup on site with our mobile kitchen/BBQ and do all meal prep on site to ensure the highest quality product. All service styles can be done including platter stations, family style, buffets and plated banquet.

Castle Blue catered a bachelorette party for us and it was absolutely perfect. Chef Ted was professional and proactively communicated throughout our discussions of exact details, location and requests. He went above and beyond for our group to enhance our meal and ensure that it was exactly what we wanted. On the day of the event, he arrived early, got set up and then blew us away with his cooking and presentation of the meal. I can’t say enough good things about Ted and his staff! We had Ted cater our wedding at The Kee September 9th for 130 guests and from the moment we spoke for a quote it was such an amazing experience! We had a wonderful conversation on the phone about our expectations and Ted reassured me he was able to meet them. My husband knows how particular I am about quality and service so he was nervous for Ted. We had our tasting for the options with our parents who were trying to get us to add more courses to our dinner because of how delicious it all was! We tried the truffle Mac and cheese, the potato cheddar soup, Bala salad, gnocchi, jerk chicken and prime rib and to say we were full was an understatement. It was without a doubt one of the best nights trying some incredible food! We knew we made the right choice! On our big day Ted came in the morning and set up his smokers outside putting the restaurants next store to shame as the smell was incredible! We had platters for cocktail hour and when it came time for dinner, WOW is all I can say. The salad to start was amazing and so full of flavour! The prime rib, chicken and gnocchi as our mains were huge portions and none were smaller than another. All of our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how full they were after (a rare occurrence at a wedding) The following day he was there to collect anything he didn’t take the night before and was always so humble about his roll in making our day so perfect.
