Firstly, we want to thank you for the kind words you shared with us immediately after the cleaning. You called to commend our cleaners and mentioned you were very satisfied with their work — and we truly valued that. We also want to clarify that we never intended to "spin" the story. Our only goal is to provide the facts based on the reports we received from our cleaning team and the professionals who assessed the situation. There were a total of three visits related to this concern: 1. March 5, 2025 – We sent the same cleaners who originally serviced your home. During their return, they tested the microwave and reported that it was functioning, though we acknowledge that intermittent issues can occur and are not always immediately apparent. 2. March 13, 2025 – Per your request for further inspection, we arranged a visit from an external technician who is not affiliated with our company. Unfortunately, you were not home at the time, and the technician was assisted by your parents. He later informed us that he was unable to fully assess the microwave due to not having the correct equipment with him that day. We also have a call recording confirming this. 3. April 11, 2025 – A second external technician, again not employed by our company, returned to conduct a full inspection. He concluded that the issue was likely due to an internal mechanical fault unrelated to the cleaning process. For transparency, we understand that you may have reviewed footage from your cameras, and while we respect that, the technicians used their own vehicles as they work independently under their own business licenses. While we coordinated these visits to help resolve your concerns, they were not conducted by our in-house team. Regarding our insurance: we are indeed fully insured and always willing to involve our insurance provider if we receive credible evidence that damage was caused by our service. However, we are also required to follow the insurer's claim protocols, which involve investigating each situation thoroughly before coverage is approved. To date, there has been no conclusive evidence linking the microwave’s malfunction to the actions of our cleaning staff. We genuinely regret that this situation has left you feeling dissatisfied, and we understand your frustration. Our aim was to handle your concern with care and due diligence, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain the facts from our side.
