Drywall and Interior Finishes
Once the systems are in place and inspected, we install drywall, flooring, trim, paint, and any custom finishes like cabinetry or shelving.

Final Walkthrough and Handover
We do a full walkthrough with you to make sure every detail meets expectations. Any final adjustments are made before we consider the project complete.

We look at a few key factors to determine if your loft is a good candidate for conversion:

Head Height
The usable ceiling height is one of the most important factors. Ideally, you should have at least 7 feet of headroom in the highest part of the loft. If the space is too low, structural changes like raising the roof or lowering the ceiling below might be needed.

Roof Structure
We examine the type of roof you have. Traditional framed roofs are easier to convert, while truss roofs may require more structural work to create open space.

Access
There needs to be enough space to install a staircase that meets code without taking up too much room on the floor below. We help design stair access that is both safe and space-efficient.

Floor Strength
Loft floors are often not designed to support the weight of a living space. We check the existing joists and reinforce them if needed to ensure safety and stability.

Natural Light and Ventilation

However a home visit is required before we can provide an accurate estimate. Seeing the space in person allows us to properly assess the structure layout and any potential challenges.

While design meetings and reviews are also done in person we continue to offer updates and communication by phone or email throughout the project to keep everything on track and easy to manage.
