We had an amazing experience with Boyd Entertainment for our wedding, providing both our DJ and photobooth.Tyson, our DJ, was absolutely phenomenal. He hit every cue perfectly during the ceremony and was attentive and on point throughout the entire night. He did a fantastic job reading the room, keeping the energy up, and making sure the party flowed seamlessly from one moment to the next.What really stood out was how great he was with our guests—taking song requests, interacting with everyone, and creating a fun, inclusive atmosphere on the dance floor. The photobooth was also a huge hit and added even more fun for our guests.Tyson truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our special day. We had Vince as our wedding DJ and MC in June. I’d say as a DJ he was pretty good, minus maybe not always playing requested songs, by myself/my sister in particular, in a timely manner. I felt he could’ve played more of my party/early 2000s/today top hits music a bit more, but I’d say overall it wasn’t too bad as my best friend group that stayed until the end had fun. But I’d say as an MC we were disappointed. We had submitted all the information on his MC outline the 30 days or so prior to the event and had emailed other details throughout the month with questions and clarifications etc. I felt he was really great at responding and being organized. But on the day of I felt it was a bit disorganized and it was unexpected that he had to read word for word off that MC outline for the entirety. And even with reading off the outline he did call my mom the wrong name. Just a bit unexpected. Now I wouldn’t be as disappointed if we didn’t pay a lot more to go with Boyd DJing than some others I spoke to. I ultimately paid the higher price point because of the great reviews online. So I guess I just wanted to share our experience because overall he wasn’t bad by any means, but I can’t say we were extremely happy either. I cant even begin to thank Boyd Entertainment for the job their DJ Craig did at our wedding! We were in an outdoor tent, late into the night a thunderstorm hit and he had every right to pack up and get his equipment out of the tent. Instead we all helped him move his stuff to a better location in the tent away from the water that was leaking in and he kept the party going all night! 11/10 🌟Vince, DJ'd our wedding in July of 2026. He had the dance floor packed, from when the music started to when the lights turned on at the end of the night. Myself, the groom, lost my parents years prior so we were unable to have the traditional Mother/Son dance, instead my sister and I danced together in her honor. Prior to the dance Vince connected with me made sure my sister and I were ok, and told us it was incredibly thoughtful and to take in the moment fully. I truly appreciated him coming up to us prior. His music selection was fantastic and of course played our favourite 90s country hits and accommodated requests that time would allow.Leading up to the event Vince was very professional during the planning process. He checked in with us multiple times to see how the planning was going. Vince would be a great selection for any event. We will be calling on him again in the future. Vince made everything so easy. He was an absolute professional from moment one. He came in with so much expertise and walked us through every step of our day. He returned emails promptly and made me feel at ease when I asked many many questions. Once our wedding day arrived, he had everything handled perfectly and the ceremony music was perfect, and he didn't even rehearse that part with us. The sound for the reception was great, and the music was so fun; even catering to a diverse music taste. We loved everything about our experience with Vince and Brendon. Craig, from Boyd Entertainment was fantastic. Not only an excellent dj but took on the job of being our mc seamlessly. Touched base through out the night to ensure we were happy and everything was running smoothly. He added special touches. We would book Boyd Entertainment again and again and would also recommend them to friends and family for any event. My Fiancé and I are music guru’s we love a fun time and wanted our guests to have a blast and Boyd Entertainment brought just that! Vince was professional, friendly, and organized throughout the entire booking process. He even took the time to meet with us over a Zoom meeting. Boyd Entertainment was absolutely magnificent. From stepping up and being our wonderful MC in the 11th hour. To just keeping everyone dancing and grooving on the dance floor. The only time the dance floor was empty was becuase everyone needed to cool down from dance for like 30-40mins straight but after a 5-10min break the floor was full all over again. We had a good experience with Craig, very positive and easy to work with and coordinate with! We had a few small mixups with ceremony music but could have been due to changing the ceremony to be indoors last minute because of the wind (we were all a bit flustered). Definitely brought the hype later into the evening when the party got started after the reception events like the bouquet toss! I would suggest to plan better with the company for the length of cords your venue requires for the slideshow, the cord brought was too short so our slideshow sound couldn't be used causing guests to miss the sound that would have played during some funny videos embedded into the movie. Craig worked with one of our bridesmaids to know when to change each song that went with the his/hers/couple slides so it was salvaged for the most part! I cannot recommend Vince enough! He was so accommodating (even morning of the wedding when my husband changed his mind on what song he wanted 😆😅). Vince kept the party going, kept everyone on their feet, had amazing song transitions, and brought an amazing vibe to the whole day.
