Black Fern Plumbing and Gas

In November 2024 my husband was in the hospital for 6 weeks and had surgery which resulted in him having to use a walker when he came home in December. I contacted Cam and Kali while he was in the hospital enquiring if they could convert our bath tub/shower into a lower walk in tub. Kali was very helpful and contacted Cam who was working in our area and he came that day to inspect our bath tub/shower and called the following day to say he had found a bath tub cut out kit which would work. He immediately ordered it and when the bath tub cut out kit arrived he came and installed it. He also added a hand held shower attachment, a suction cup grab bar for safety and added extra grout around the existing bath tub fittings. The work he did was exceptional and very professionally done. Cam was very friendly and cleaned up his work area. We had a leak in one of our showers and we called Cam. He was quick to reply and he came within a couple days, even though it wasn't urgent. He was very efficient and extremely helpful. Communication was 10/10 from the very first call. We'll definitely use him for all of our future plumbing needs and we HIGHLY recommend Black Fern to anyone with a plumbing issue or inquiry. This is Cam's 2nd time to resolve a problem in my home because I know I can trust his knowledge, skill, and work ethic. I appreciate the way he explains everything that needs doing and treats both me and my home with respect. He always leaves the premises as though he has never been there. He uses time efficiently. Pricing is very fair. He is a true problem-solver and helps his client (me) overcome all the challenges along the way in the most professional and caring manner -- even having to deal with my troublesome insurance company and other workers. He has proven to be totally reliable - responding to all my inquiries in a timely manner. Cam is the only plumber I or you need to call. I highly recommend him for any of your needs. I would give him a 6 star rating out of 5 stars. I write tis because when I wrote my first review of Cam it disappeared. I never wrote a review on Facebook before so rest assured, Cam is worth this effort and is the only plumber I will ever call. Plus, he is local. My family and I had a plumbing issue that was standing in the way of some kitchen renovations. The problem had stumped other contractors, but I called Black Fern Plumbing and Cam came in on short notice and then quickly and accurately diagnosed and solved the problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
