What’s your signature dish?
Chef Rodrigo has many signature dish however his main item is the homemade chicken spring rolls with sweet chili sauce.
He is also known for his Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti in a Rose Sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
As a Chef, I understand the importance of the clients needs in food. I do my best to have a conversation and understand what the client wants for their event and based on that, i create a menu and give options according to their budget.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the satisfaction and joy from the clients once they have enjoyed their meal created by me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a chef for over 20 years, and working for business companies as a 1st cook, I do not get to present my dishes and explore different flavors and uniqueness in food. I thought creating my own business gave me the opportunity to explore different type of styles in cooking and grow myself as a chef.

Yes, we provide communication online and remotely. All conversations regarding the order will be done through phone and emails.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Yes, we follow the protocol 100%. Chef and the entire team has received both vaccines and everyone wears, a hair net, gloves and masks while food is being made up to being delivered.
