I would not reccomend this company!!
The company failed to collect my items, as agreed on the specific date and time. Despite written confirmation via email and through the Bark platform.
Not only has this led to a delay in me receiving the items, it has caused other issues which have proven difficult to remedy.
The company failed to provide a satisfactory response, and apology.
Moreover, they required me to pay a deposit which equated to the full cost of my services. Thus it in fact was not a deposit.
The company truly wasted my time, and their communication was extremely poor. I will not be using them or reccomending them to friends or family.

In this particular case, the customer was informed of our deposit requirement, as is standard for all bookings. However, the customer expressed that they did not wish to pay the deposit, and requested that we make an exception to our company policy. While we understand that each client has unique preferences, it’s important that we uphold the same rules and policies for everyone in order to maintain fairness and consistency in our business practices. Our deposit policy is in place to guarantee a smooth and efficient process for all our clients, and we kindly ask that all customers follow these guidelines when booking with us.

I can’t recommend BigCity Mover enough! Moving can be such a stressful experience, but they made it so much easier. The customer service was excellent from the start.
They answered all my questions and provided a detailed estimate with no hidden costs.
On moving day, the crew showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They were polite, careful, and worked well as a team. I was worried about a few fragile items, but they handled everything with care and nothing was damaged. Even the heavy lifting was done without a hitch.
