Dealt with Brooke after having some challenges with a dog being injured while staying there. Brooke showed no emotion and told me she was sorry we felt upset that the dog was injured under her care. She is an empty chair.

I initially went to Barkaritaville for an assessment of our 7 month old Beagle and I was quickly impressed with their care, professionalism, and attentiveness to each of the dogs individually. They provided pictures and updates to me throughout the day on his progress and his integration with the other dogs, which put me at ease to hear and see how much fun he was having. One surprise was the report cards and the photo galleries. Amazing touch! You can tell that they love what they do and that they care about all the dogs that attend. More...

We spend a few months looking into doggy daycare for our big guy Kirk when we initially came across Barkaritaville. What sold us was the outdoor area for the dogs to run and play in. The staff has been so amazing on his first day and has done such a great job of keeping in touch with me to let me know how his first day is going. Super happy with everything! More...
