I began training with Rithik earlier in 2024 as an intermediate-level Taekwondo practitioner with the goal of gaining overall strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing my performance. Although I was a complete beginner to weightlifting and had experienced several injuries due to poor training structures in the past, Rithik's approach made a huge difference. From the start, Rithik was incredibly patient and an excellent communicator, taking the time to fully understand my training goals, even though martial arts wasn’t his specialty. He went above and beyond by doing extensive research to understand the specific requirements of the kicking styles I wanted to improve. We worked together twice a week for in-person training sessions, and he also provided me with homework to target weak spots and regain strength. What really set Rithik apart was his holistic approach—he offered free nutritional tracking and advice, which not only enhanced my results but also provided valuable insights for my long-term fitness development. After our two-month training period, I noticed significant improvements in my strength and flexibility, and my previous injuries had healed considerably. Rithik makes me work hard and I LOVE IT! He’s always so motivating and supportive, it really helps a lot to have a coach that really cares and keeps your best interests in mind.
