What do you love most about your job?
I love to see my customers eyes glowing after they gain perspective, a breakthrough or they come to a realization.
My success is my client's success. This is not some catch phrase that I am copying from a google search. It represents how I view my added value to my customers and the world by extension.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I only started my company after customers requested my help on multiple occasions.
It matched my values and the value that I wanted to bring to the world.

My approach to coaching is based on 10 years HR experience. I am able to use the coaching principles along with the HR knowledge to help my clients grow their careers and leadership.

For coachings I am okay with both.
Same for trainings and conferences, but I prefer in-person for long trainings, especially with
