I reached out for general cleaning after the post construction cleaning. Raqima agreed to provide the services. She then kept cancelling and rescheduling the date and time. After the 4th cancellation, she stated cannot do it at all the entire week.

Highly recommend Raqima and her team. They did an amazingly thorough deep cleaning job of our house to get it looking its best to put it up for sale. It's also great they bring all the equipment and variety of detergents and solutions to perform the job. They even steam cleaned our carpets and rugs. I liked working with them. However, comments from the contractor showed how some of the cleaning could have been better. The cleaners criticized how the tile was left with paint spots and grout dirt. However, the contractors showed how a simple brush would remove the sentiments from the grout and they were able to remove the marks and paint from floor just by rubbing it with a cloth. My experience with artisan cleaners was amazing. I have just moved into my apartment in downtown Toronto and Raqima was extremely detailed in cleaning my condo. When l spoke to the owner, Raqima, about a moving out cleaning, she went over in detail, all the areas that were included in what l found a very reasonable quote. She included items for which some companies charged extra as part of the cleaning . She assured me ahead what the maximum cost would be so that there would be no surprises. Raqima and her other associate were amazing! They were so professional and efficient and they really do deep cleaning. They had really good equipment such a strong floor steamer so I wasn’t worried about having to supply that stuff myself.
