Between becoming an Attorney and later working in a management position in a financial institution for over 7 years, Becah made a life-changing decision in 2012 to pursue her passion in the health and wellness arena! Her heart is to empower women to steward their physical and emotional/spiritual health by making dance and fitness a fun, strength building and fulfilling experience.

Our programs are so successful because Becah is an encourager and uses dance as a way for her clients to get motivated to exercise. Progressing Contemporary Technique classes are perfect those who are passionate about dancing but feel like their body lack or can improve joint mobility, flexibility and strength.

Progressing Contemporary Technique is an innovative program created by the former Ballet Soloist, today a renown Choreographer & Teacher Adam Blanch in conjunction with Progressing Ballet Technique developed by Marie Walton Mahon, devised as a series of functional exercises to help dancers of all levels explore and develop freedom of movement. To bring awareness to the importance of finding articulation through their body and allowing that discovery to give dancers that enhanced sense of mobility in contemporary dance.

Our approach is founded in the principle of valuing progression over perfection. Each exercise has been specifically developed to focus on the fundamental elements of contemporary dance. This including contraction articulation, variations of transfer of weight and giving weight, floor connection, resistance stretching/strengthening, compression and expansion, and so on. The structure of the program itself has been designed to progress in complexity, yet offering a wide range of modifications, to ensure dancers of all levels can participate, challenge themselves and benefit from this innovative program.

These classes are perfect for female adults at all Levels of dance experience from absolute Beginner & up, who wish to benefit from small & intimate group classes and from the joy of discovering and enjoying your newfound sense of freedom in your movement.

💻 Also perfect for online clients as they would only be recommended to purchase stability ball, 2 fusion balls and elastic bands.

Becah will create a comprehensive workout plan for you to do together live with Becah in-person or online. It includes two private live Assessment Sessions, weekly workout revisions to accomodate your progress and preferences. From time to time, you will have access to interacting with like-minded women in-person in our gatherings or online within Becah's branded App. All scheduled workouts & activities will also be accessible via Becah's branded App in addition to your private live sessions - in-person or online.
