My clients are engaged using my app and fitness portal that has been designed to maintain motivation and accountability throughout the week with 24/7 access to all information, metrics, check-ins and demo videos so they can reach their highest potential! You will also have ongoing text support with me during the day, along with a 30-min call once a week to track your progress.

I offer in-person training at the Mind To Muscle headquarters located in Anatomy Fitness gym:

These training sessions are part of a purchased package of 10-20 1-hour workouts.
