Having moved here from England in 2000, we opened our family owned carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning services in 2005. Having always been involved in service business we did try a retail store, but that was just not for us, so we went back to doing what we enjoy, and thats helping people.

What do you love most about your job?
We het to move around the area and meet new people every day and re-establish connections with previous customers. Some folks have been with us since we started in 2005.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When we closed down our retail business we didnt know quite what to do. Our good friend Rick offered to show me the ropes of carpet cleaning and soon after we were in business. Rick has passed away now and there is hardly a day goes by that I dont think about him.
Why should our clients choose you?
Most folks call us because they were referred by a friend. When thats not the case, they call because they found our name somewhere and are just "calling around" for a quote. Our existing clients say they used us because of the friendly, expert service. Add competitive pricing and we are sure you will join our (still) growing client list.
Carpet Cleaning
Of course! This is our main business. Regular, annual or semi annual, move out/move in cleaning, we do it all. Need an emergency attended to? We keep spaces available every day for those unexpected issues, whether its a drink spill from an (maybe unwanted) guest or a pet accident or flood, we have the time and resources to attend to it.
Upholstery cleaning
As the description suggests, we clean upholstery. When we quote for upholstery, it makes a difference to your pricing if you have loose cushions that need cleaning on both sides, fixed cushions, or indeed if the item(s) in question need to be cleaned all around (why clean the back if the sofa has sat against a wall for all the time you have had it?).
Vinyl sheet and VCT strip and wax
This is a specialised service that is not easily found in the central Alberta area. Stripping, rinsing and neutralising the floor ready for the finish is perhaps the most important aspect of this service. Applying the finish to the desired look is the simple part.
Call us and we will come and take a look at what actually needs to be done to achieve that "looks like brand new" result.
Deodorising
There are several methods for removing unwanted odours. We use chemical, enzyme based neutralisers, ozone generators and fogging to get the best results for any mal odour issue.
Flood dry down service
You have a flood, you need it dried quickly. Thats what we do.
No tear out (removal of dry wall, underlay, carpets) is carried out. If thats required, we will advise and suggest a course of action.
