Did amazing job with our furnace and water-tank! We aren’t too familiar with these kinds of things but they are respectful and skilled people, so we felt very comfortable to leave everything in their hands. Very knowledgeable and experienced crew came to install a new ac. The owner william was truly a great guy. Him and his team went above and beyond for my mother in laws house. They knew what needed to be done and did it making sure we were fully setup and new how to use it before they left. Once done they left the furnace room and areas that they were in cleaner than they found it. I can not recommend this company enough. The communication and turnaround for service was phenomenal. Our furnace died at midnight and Will was able to come over to diagnose the issue and get it going again. Due to parts being unavailable and also discontinued, we were able to get a new furnace and AC unit installed within 2 days. I've had Will assist with other hvac and water tank issues before (old house and previous owner neglect related) and he always goes above and beyond. Our furnace was not providing heat last night and I called William. He's not after the money because he explained to us that even if he comes and parts are not available he would need to come back and will cost us more money. He came next morning and fortunately we only need to change filter for now and in the future replace our furnace.He provided information for us without us asking and explain our situation and even a little demonstration on how furnace works and how to take care of it. When our furnace wouldn’t start and the temperature in our home began to drop, we were in a bit of a panic. After trying to troubleshoot the issue without success, we decided to call Accurate Gas and Heating based on a recommendation from a friend. We called late Saturday afternoon, and thankfully, he gave us a time and arrived that same night. At first, things didn’t look good for our furnace, but William worked his magic and got it running. Thanks to his expertise, we had heat throughout the night, which was a huge relief for our family. He stayed for about an hour, not only fixing the issue but also taking the time to teach me a lot about our HVAC system, including what to do in future emergencies. Furnace heater had stopped working on a cold Edmonton night. Called a few places in the morning. William at Accurate was the only person who helped figure out what could be the issue over the phone prior to coming over within a couple hours. Other businesses could not tell me anything unless they sent someone over later in the day. William was able to figure out the issue quickly and was very transparent. Walked me through what could have caused failure and what needed to be done to not only fix the issue but to ensure longevity. He got the parts he needed on the same day and got my house warmed up in no time. He and his team also did some extra work that didn't need to do be done but did it anyways. When my AC stopped working, I had no idea how to fix it or know who to contact, but I'm extremely happy to have called Accurate Gas and Heating! I recently had William from Accurate Gas & Heating Services come out to provide a second opinion on our air conditioner. Long story short our original AC broke down and we had called our long term contractor for service and repair. We were advised by that company that our system was unrepairable and a replacement was required. Will then came in and took the time to accurately diagnose what was wrong and was able to replace the defective part and save us unnecessary money that would have been a replacement with the other company.
