Personal Trainers

Anna has been exceptional in keeping me accountable and coaching positive behaviors. She's personable, accommodating, and non-judgmental, truly working with me to reach my fitness goals. I’ve been to most of “Vancouver’s best” training studios, and that thing that Anna stand out the most with is her knowledge, she understands and knows a lot and it shows! I have knock knee, back pain, scoliosis and working on my weight loss. Anna has been patient with me and for the six months we’ve been working together my knee pain reduced tremendously! Yes! I do Individualized programming and a hybrid of remote sessions and online programming. It lets my clients stay in contact with me and give feedback so we can achieve their goals optimally and efficiently as best as possible.
